Tours of the school buildings scheduled to be vacated have been arranged for April 18th. Interested parties, developers and others will attend. More details and specifics will be presented. 4. Jim Meehan will update the committee regarding the status of Athol Development LLC and their plan to purchase parcel 44-1 on Templeton Rd. for development purposes. Additionally, the status of their plan to purchase the EDIC-owned parcel of land at the Business Park will be discussed. 5. Member’s concerns: A discussion of general economic and commercial activities and projects currently either on-going or proposed, within the Town of Athol. |
