I.	Deed for Gilman Waite Field – Who owns it, who can use it, does it need to be revised?
II.	Capital Funds – How are they requested and by whom?
III.	Gazebo on Templeton Common – Who owns it and who approves its use?
IV.	School system is about to receive a large amount of cash from the state.  They should be advised to put this aside to offset the loss of one-time funds (ESSER Funds) used in the current fiscal year.
