Continuation of a public hearing begun April 21, 2021 on a petition filed by Tower
North Development, LLC for the construction of a 150’ Free Standing Monopole Tower and
fencing at 65 and 73 Eastern Avenue, Assessor’s Map 12l, lots 23 and 22. Variances
from the following sections of the Town of Essex Zoning By-law have been requested:
Section 6-3.4.5.c, Section 6-3.4.5.e, Section 6-3.4.5.g, and Section 6- 3.4.5.h.
Possible closure of the hearing, deliberation by the Board, vote on a decision, and
discussion of further process with Town Counsel.

• Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chair in advance of the
meeting posting deadline.
