IMPORTANT NOTICE: In consideration of the Governor’s extension of the
temporary suspension of open meeting law requirements, remote access to
Planning Board meetings will be provided for the June 23 meeting. However,
the Board is taking a hybrid approach with the meeting officially at Town
Hall in the Lower-Level Conference Room across from the Land Use Office.
Anyone presenting to the Board must have at least one representative
attending the meeting in person. Thus, remote access is only provided for
the general-public and for Board Members who may out of Town due to summer

Board tab on the Town website
- The meeting is being recorded. The recorded minutes will be
the official record, but written minutes will be prepared for
easier reference to the topics covered and actions taken
- If you are joining the meeting remotely, please keep your
microphone on mute unless you have been invited by the
chairman to speak. When the floor is open for public comment,
please raise your hand using the feature provided in ZOOM and
wait until you are recognized by the Chairman to speak.
- Those presenting to the Board must have at least one
representative present at the meeting (not remote) with hard
copies of the application and plans for the Board to consider.
