Agenda: | Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the town’s website, at www.essexma.org. For this meeting, no in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, however, members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via Video Call or phone to call in, for audio-only).

O Approve minutes from the Strategic Planning Committee Meeting of April 28, 2021.
O Review an analysis of new goals suggested by Committee members in comparison to goals accomplished, currently unfolding, or still in the future with respect to the expiring Town of Essex Strategic Plan (facilitated/organized by SPC member Mark Renzi).
O Continue to work to reach consensus on the list of strategic planning goals for the revision of the Essex Strategic Plan for the next five years. Begin to consider quantifying what success is for each goal, steps to take in pursuit of the goal, who is the responsible for the steps, and whether a constituency exists for the particular goal.
