a.	Executive Session pursuant to G.L. c. 30A, §21(a) (3) to discuss litigation strategy with respect to the case of Plourde et al. v Town of Brookfield et al., East Brookfield District Court, C.A. No. 1869CV0257, if discussing the matter in open session will have a detrimental effect on the Town’s litigating position and the chair so declares
