1. Approval of Minutes of previous meeting October 6, 2014.
2. Review RFP status; discuss Q&A session and responses; timeline.
3. Review Comments from Forum # 1 – Sue.
4. Discuss pro-active public awareness and education strategy – especially with local papers.
5. Key Dates:
- 10/29 12 noon: written questions due.
- 11/4: send written responses to questions.
- 11/13 4:00 PM: deadline for receiving proposals.
- 11/14 – 11/17: Check references.
- 11/17: Committee agrees upon recommended firm.
- 11/18: Send recommendation to Selectmen.
- 11/19: Selectmen’s meeting to award job.
6. Other new, old business.
7. Next regular meetings: 11/3 and 11/17 @ 5:00 PM.
