3. Evaluate in-ground garden spaces, soil refreshment, necessary cultivation, trenching in May prior to median planting. Possible times. Addition of Holiday Farm soil.
4. 707 pansy planting 2 flats [asap] to alert/confirm as a garden space. The mums planted last fall seem to have kept vehicles off space. Add more annuals/ perennials for height as season progresses? Any addition of soil. South Street pansy planting prior to summer annual planting?
5. Median in-ground garden design: Suggestions, changes, same as last year? Possible dates for gardening work. Need to schedule volunteers this year due to “social distancing”. Date /time same as last year…Tuesday morning with rain date next day.
6. Bridge Baskets liners new last season. Library planters may need attention. Soil donation from L.P. Adams per usual.
7. Farmer’s Market scheduled to open 9 May. Should order once decision for annuals is firm.
Lenita will keep a running list of purchases for payment before end of June. DBC now has $800.00 from Town.
8. Additional materials i.e. 100 cable ties, plant food, bags of potting soil, hose for watering Main St. Other?

Marigolds, bright lemon 3 flats and bi-color 2 flats. Each flat contains (36) plants. Total (180).
Blue Victoria Salvia 3 flats Each flat contains (36} plants. Total {108}. (change to 2 for 2020)
Bridge Baskets: Supertunia, Night Sky (32}, Pink sky (16) and (8) Sweet potato vine.
