• Consider the signature of a Purchase & Sale Agreement for 11 John Wise Avenue, Map 128, Lot 90, either at the present meeting or by the Chairman. Open and/or Executive Session possible. Executive Session would be with respect to the purchase or value of real property.
• Review draft motions for articles at the Special Town Meeting to be held February 11, 2019.
• Review plans for presentations to be made at the Special Town Meeting to be held February 11, 2019, by both Town officials and by the Town’s Project Manager and/or Architect.
• Matters not apparent to the Chairman until after the meeting posting deadline. |
