Town of Berlin
Public Hearing
Pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 138 of the Mass. General Laws, as amended, application has been made and information given, for approval of a new Retail Wine and Malt Beverages Package Goods Store license for Energy North Incorporated, Abdessamad Madkour, Manager. The premises for said license are described as follows: Gas station/convenience store, consisting of an 1,824 square foot +/- one story building, located at 265 Central Street, Berlin, MA, with two (2) doorways for entrance and exit.
A hearing on the above application will be held on Monday, November 25, 2019, at 7:15 p.m., in the Selectmen’s Office, Room 206, Berlin Town Offices Building, 23 Linden St., Berlin, MA. All interested parties should plan to attend.
