The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 at 7:30 pm on Tuesday, August 31, 2021. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person vs. virtual attendance accordingly.

7:45 pm Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by David McPherson to restore previously graded portions of the isolated land subject to flooding to its original contours and temporary holding capacity at 194 Southern Ave.
7:55 pm Continued public hearing on a request filed by Robert and Elinore Repucci to amend Order of Conditions DEP #021-0718 relating to the installation of a catch basin, drain lines, and level spreader with minor grading, and relocation of wood ramps at 71 Wood Dr and access road known as Annabelle Ave.
8:05 pm Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to construct a 30'x160' storage building partially within 100' Buffer Zone to a wetland area at 73 Eastern Avenue.
8:15 pm Public hearing on a Request to Amend ORder of Conditions DEP #021-0722 filed by DeRosa Environmental Consulting on behald of Thomas Schieber to revise plans to replace a pre-existing dock, ramp and float at 44 Lufkin Point Road.
8:25 pm Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Richard Denton to demolish existing structure and construct an 18' x 18' "hobby" barn on a single family lot at 34A Robbins Island Road.
