7:45 p.m. Consider written request from Joanne Averay to assign the Bridge Lease for 39 Middle Road, Map 108, Lot 21 to Anthony & Stephanie Storella, Andrea Bingham, and Stephen Gondert.

Continued discussion regarding possibly recommending to the Harbormaster adding limited mooring transferability provisions to the Harbor Regulations.
Appoint Town Clerk Christina St. Pierre as the Town’s Records Access Officer (RAO) under the recent revision to the Public Records Law.
Discuss policy regarding kayak unloading at the Town Landing.
Consider appointing Mr. Daniel L. Casey to the position of Special Police Officer, contingent upon successful passage of drug, medical, psychological, and any other required testing.

REMINDER: The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, September 26th, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. in the second floor meeting room at the Senior Center on Pickering Street. The Board will also meet on Thursday, September 22, 2016, at 7:00 p.m. at the Essex Elementary School, along with other boards, for a public input forum regarding the Northern Conomo Point Improvement Project. |
