New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Receipt of Gift
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the receipt of a $100 donation from Tammy Kallman.
2. Agency Policy: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will review a draft job description for the part-time, year-round Trade Wind Fields Preserve attendant.
3. Agency Land Management: Rogers Path
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its August 15, 2016 meeting, its discussion of this matter.
4. Child Farm East (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s agricultural preservation restriction.
5. Featherstone Farm (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received from the Martha’s Vineyard Commission of an application filed by abutter Featherstone Center for the Arts, Inc.
6. Old County Arboretum (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s management plan.
7. Peaked Hill Reservation (Town of Chilmark)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its August 22, 2016 meeting, its discussion of its annual payment to the Pasture Hill Road Association for road maintenance.
8. Sepiessa Point Reservation (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss an application filed with the West Tisbury Conservation Commission by abutter Lisa Torrence.
9. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application filed with the Oak Bluffs Board of Appeals by neighbor Victoria Dryfoos.
