Notice is hereby given that the Hardwick Planning Board, acting as the Special Permit Granting Authority for the Town of Hardwick, will conduct a Public Hearing on Tuesday, October 11 at 6:45PM at the Municipal Office Building, 307 Main Street Gilbertville for an application by Philip Jurczyk for a residential ground mounted solar energy installation of more than 5kw and less than 10kW at 138 Mechanic Street,Gilbertville, pursuant to Hardwick Zoning Bylaws Section 3.2.6 subsection l.2. All interested parties are asked to attend.
