TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –September 1, 2021

The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd
Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

Note:   In person attendance restriction has been lifted and Town Hall is open to the public as of June 1, 2021.                  

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT:



7:45 PM PUBLIC HEARING:
65 & 73 Eastern Ave.  Map 121-22&23

The Planning Board will open a public hearing on an application filed by Tower North Development, LLC for the construction of a 150’ free standing Monopole Tower and fencing. The hearing will be opened without testimony with intent to continue to October 6, 2021.



BOARD DISCUSSION:
Discussion by the board of prioritization of upcoming planning board projects.
