The next regular meeting of the Brookfield Planning Board will take place on Wednesday, October 7, via teleconference and at the Town Hall Banquet Hall. The link to the online meeting will be posted on the agenda for that meeting at MyTownGovernment.org/01506.

This agenda is subject to change. It lists matters that are reasonably anticipated by the Chair that may be discussed at the meeting. Other items not listed may also be brought up to the extent permitted by law. 

THIS MEETING WILL BE HELD ON-SITE AND VIRTUALLY. Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, and the Governor’s March 15, 2020 Order imposing strict limitations on the number of people that may gather in one place, this meeting of the Brookfield Planning Board is being conducted at Town Hall AND via remote participation. Only ten in-person attendees, including Planning Board members, will be permitted, but every effort will be made to ensure that the public can adequately access the proceedings virtually as provided for in the Order.
