1. Agency Administration: Fiscal Year 2015 Audit
The Land Bank Commission will review draft financial statements for the fiscal year that ended on June 30, 2015.
2. Toms Neck Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will meet in joint session with its Edgartown Town Advisory Board to review a draft of this property’s management plan.
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the possibility of applying for a commonwealth grant to fund, at least in part, the landscape component of this property’s management plan.
Executive Session to discuss the purchase, lease, exchange or value of real property.
