1. To entertain a motion to sign the pending Matrix Design Broadband Pole Survey Agreement.
3. To review status of all legal documents relating to the contract to provide Broadband services between the PBMLP and Matrix Design.
4. Any other business that may lawfully come before the committee.
5. Set date for next for next meeting.
