GREETINGS:
In the name of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, you are hereby directed to notify and warn the inhabitants of the Town who are qualified to vote in Town affairs to vote at:

TOWN HALL, 210 COLLEGE HIGHWAY, SOUTHAMPTON

On THURSDAY, THE 29TH DAY OF JUNE, 2017 from 12:00 (Noon) to 8:00 P.M. for the following purpose: 

To cast their votes, by ballot on Thursday, June 29, 2017 the following:

QUESTION:

Shall the Town of Southampton be allowed to assess an additional One hundred ten thousand dollars ($110,000.00) in real estate and personal property taxes for the purpose of supplementing the appropriation for the operating budget for the Norris Elementary School for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2017?


Election to be by Accuvote Ballot, with the polls open from 12:00 (noon) to 8:00 p.m. at the Town Hall. 


And you are hereby directed to serve this warrant by posting attested copies thereof in six usual places in said Town, (14) fourteen days at least before the time of holding said election. Hereof, fail not, and make due return of the Warrant, with your doings thereon, to the Town Clerk, at the time and place of meeting, as aforesaid.
