To discuss strategy with respect to pending litigation (Skydive Cape Cod Part 13 Administrative Complaint; Skydive Cape Cod vs. Town of Chatham; Citizens for a Safe Chatham Airport vs. Town of Chatham) and the Chair declares that an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body with no return to open session. |
