The Chatham Conservation Commission holds the following public hearings in accordance with the provisions of Massachusetts General Law, Ch. 131 s. 40, the Wetlands Protection Act and the Town of Chatham Wetlands Protection Bylaw Ch. 272.
Public comment during each open application may be made; person or persons wishing to make comment must wait to be recognized by the Chair.  

DISCUSSION:

The Town has retained Mark Robinson of The Compact to process the Conservation Restriction required by statute for Town open space land acquisitions using Land Bank or CPA funds. This CR has been approved by Town Counsel, EOEEA, the Land Bank/Open Space Committee and the Chatham Conservation Foundation.  The Chatham Conservation Commission approved a previous version two years ago and final approval is now sought prior to final approval by the Select Board and the State.

FIELD CHANGE REQUEST:

83 Seagull Rd and Parcel N133 (aka 0) Tisquantum Road, Outermost Harbor Marine (#83) and Quitnesset Associates Inc, SE 10-3334: After the Fact Request to cut an opening at the end of the seaward wall of the containment area to allow clean water to flow back into the water. This work was permitted under SE 10-3334 to include proposed expansion of an existing dredge permit to include dredge disposal area on Quitnesset Spit as well as permit a new disposal area on the parking area at Outermost Harbor, Assessors Map 15A1 parcel H98 (#83) and 15A2 parcel N133 (0) Tisquantum Rd. 

AMENDMENT TO ORDER OF CONDITIONS 

87 Mooncussers Lane, William and Betina Shakespeare, SE 10-3313 (Phase 2): Request to Amend existing Order of Conditions under SE 10-3313 for proposed removal/replacement of front and rear walkways, changing material to granite; addition two walkways; expansion of front entry area; installation of drywells; remove/replace boulder walls with masonry wall; install driveway edging; provide mitigation at 87 Mooncussers Lane, Assessors Map 11A/ F11.  

640 Orleans Road , Benjamin H Emery and Abbie P Emery, SE 10-3361 (Phase 2): Request to Amend an Order of Conditions under SE 10-3361 to include proposed clarification of Lawn area to remain; addition of post and rail fence and two concrete monuments; naming a “Clerk of the Works”; and clarification of removal of flare portion of driveway at 640 Orleans Road, Assessors Map 12J parcel 8.

85 Cedar Street, Charles & Mary Preusse, CWP 19-136N (Local Only, Phase 1): Proposed replacement of the patio with a deck, adjust walkway and patio layout, remove lawn and plant mitigation plants at 85 Cedar Street, Assessors Map 13C, parcel 14.

27 & 0 Little Beach Road, Cynthia Rowe Pelletier: Proposed installation of a 6-ft fence along property line & easement delineation; proposed 4-ft fence along property line within the buffer to Coastal Dune; and after-the-fact filing for installation of a shell-surface driveway at 27 & 0 Little Beach Road, Assessors Map 16A parcels H7B & H112.
