Ch.131 § 40, as amended, and the West Tisbury Wetlands Protection Bylaw and regulations to consider a Notice of Intent filed by Sourati Engineering Group LLC on behalf of ENDOFTHEDIRTROAD, LLC, owner of property located at 234 Middle Point Road. The project consists of site work for shorefront protection including plant-focused bioengineering measures, beach nourishment and intensive replanting with native plants to manage erosion on a coastal bank.
