(1.) Doug’s Cove Preserve (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board, at its February 18, 2014 meeting, approved this property’s management plan.
(2.) Peaked Hill Reservation (Town of Chilmark)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss its membership in the North Slope Lane Association.
(3.) Pennywise Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will review a revised draft conservation
restriction here.
(4.) Tiasquam Valley Reservation (Towns of Chilmark and West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss Town of Chilmark et al. v. Howard
Hillman.
(5.) Toad Rock Preserve (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the implementation of this property’s management
plan.
(6.) Whippoorwill Farm (Town of West Tisbury)
The West Tisbury Town Advisory Board, at its February 19, 2014 meeting, discussed the
planned agricultural preservation restriction here.
(7.) Agency Land Management: Signage
The Land Bank Commission will discuss a January 13, 2014 letter from Richard Moon
regarding signage on land bank properties.
