Notice is hereby given that the Berlin Zoning Board of Appeals has closed public input and is scheduled to continue deliberations regarding the petition of Joshua and Kristin McKean of 40 Summer Road, Berlin, MA on Thursday, March 6, 2014 at 7:30 p.m. The Zoning Board of Appeals meets in the Berlin Town Office Building at 23 Linden Street, Berlin, Mass.
The petitioners seek a variance from Section 620, Table of Dimensional Regulations, which requires a minimum lot frontage of 200 feet. The petitioners seek a variance to 195.5 feet to allow for an additional building lot.
