Board of Selectmen’s meeting Tuesday, January 14 at 6:30 p.m. Sara Hunter for Treasurer Services will present her findings and report on the state of the Treasurer’s Office.
Discuss security system estimates? Should we contact Guardian Integrated Systems A to Z for an estimate and look at other option for FY21 for library upgrade and 18 Common Street?
List of organizations currently using 18 Common Street (Felton House) for meetings: Banister Book Group, Brookfield Historical Society, Friends of the Library, Brookfield Community Club, Brookfield Cultural Council, Council on Aging, Girl Scouts, First grade field trip with Kate.

Ratify Library payroll FY20 warrants dated, November 26, December 12 & 26, 2019 and January 9, 2020.
Ratify Library Expense FY20 warrants dated, November 20, December 17, 2019 and January 2, 2020.
Ratify Library Utilities FY20 warrants dated, December 17, 2019.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, November 20, December 17, 2019.
Ratify Library Books FY20 warrants dated, October 23, November 20, December 17, 2019 and January 2, 2020.
Motion to approve by, 2nd by, all in favor.
Library State Aid received from MBLC, first payment deposited $3,326.81. (FY2018 first payment $2943.45)
The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) reported the Merrick Public Library saved $13,512 during FY19 by purchasing materials through their vendors.
Librarian Lisa Prolman submitted a hotspot compilation, comparing costs and different services to the Library Directors list serve.

BOS, Nov. 25, 2019 Update Treasurer’s Office. Details of professional review of the state of the office by Sara Hunter over 30 day period.
