Discuss key components of current HCA: what does 
this site require		
Create a framework for which to build the HCA
  -Main components Town wants addressed
  -Review procedures and steps the Town of 
    Georgetown and Cities of Brookline and 
    Newton took during the planning process to 
    prepare for Recreational Marijuana
  -Discuss items that will not change post 
    site plan review such as 
    Business/Operational Procedures including 
    Town Counsel comments on citizens’ 
    requests for HCA
Items and areas of concern that need further 
research
Delegation of research
Items that could not be reasonably anticipated 
by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.
