6:01 p.m.	Discussion of a request for a One-Day Wine & Malt License and a One-Day Entertainment License by the Cape Ann Rowing Club for Saturday, May 20, 2017, between the hours of 7:00 am and 3:00 pm, within the confines of 35 Dodge Street for the Essex River Race.

7:30 p.m.	Annual Town Meeting in the Gymnasium.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period April 22nd through April 28th, 2017, regarding the following:  
•	Enhancement of Disaster Recovery Capability for Town Network
•	Change Order for Replacement Library Exterior Lighting
