3. Update on Tom’s January 24 meeting with Select Board re: need for Conservation and Historic CPC members, amend the bylaw to allow 9 members, all invoices for payments get CPC ok before Treasurer writes the check.
4. Oversight of CPA spending and project oversight: Spreadsheet to track flow of CPA funds: Tom
5. Update on status of Historic Restoration projects: Cyd & Joe
6. Update on how to hire an admin assistant: Jim & Stuart S.
7. Report on the structure set to be built at #22 Amherst Road’s ability to withstand heavy flood waters. Has that study been submitted to us?
