The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, July 20, 2016 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

16-071	Atlantic White Shark Conservancy/Chatham Shark Center /c/o Cynthia Wigren – Application to install a wall sign located at 235 Orleans Road.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
16-072	JJ Realty Trust/c/o Siemasko & Verbridge – Application to alter the front façade on the structure located at 17 Balfour Lane.

16-073	Broadmeadow Realty Trust/c/o Siemasko & Verbridge – Application to alter the façade on the structure located at 15 Market Place.

16-074	Chatham Conservation Foundation - Mayo House/c/o Stello Construction – Application for exterior restoration to the structure located at 540 Main Street.

CONTINUED HEARING - SITE IMPROVEMENTS:
16-064	Chatham Inn at 359 Main/Wine Bar & Restaurant /c/o Jeff Ippoliti – Application to install a patio, fire pit, tables and chairs and four air conditioning condensers on the property located at 359 Main Street.

OTHER BUSINESS:
ADMINISTRATIVE APPROVALS/EXEMPTIONS FOR RATIFICATION
16-069	Nickerson Corners/c/o Paul J. Cazeault & Sons – Application to replace the flat rubber roof on a portion of the structure located at 216D Orleans Road. 

16-075	Al Chang – Application to re-nail the slate roof, replace copper gutters, repaint trim and stucco on the structure located at 470 Main Street. 

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
