• Attendance and participation at the Zoning Board of Appeals continuation of the public hearing begun on April 21, 2021, on a petition filed by Tower North Development, LLC, for the construction of a 150 foot free standing monopole Tower and fencing at 65 and 73 Eastern Avenue (Map 121, Lots 22 and 23). Variances from the following sections of the Town of Essex Zoning Bylaw have been requested: Section 6-3.4.5.c, Section 6-3.4.5.e, Section 6-3.4.5.g, and Section 6-3.4.5.h.
