•	Ratify the Chairman’s signature of a Municipality Statement of Commitment for a Public Health Excellence Grant Program for the Shared Services award involving Essex, Manchester, and Gloucester and providing regional access to a Mental Health Navigator.
•	Discuss recent closure of the municipal tennis courts at Memorial Park due to hazardous surface conditions and whether funding should be sought at a future Town Meeting for replacement.
•	Consider supporting the immediate passage of the Green Future Act, an act achieving a green future with infrastructure and workforce investments (H.3292).
•	Discuss application and the possible scheduling of a public hearing on August 9, 2021 for local licensure of BB Botanics with respect to marijuana cultivation and retail sale at 242 John Wise Avenue.
•	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.


LICENSING:
	One-Day Entertainment License:
•	Village Restaurant, Mark Audette, for use on Monday, August 9, 2021, between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00 p.m., 3-5 performers, light rock & guitar, vocals, possible percussion, small amps, outside on the patio at 55 Main Street.
Outdoor Extended Dining with Alcohol Service Permit:
•	Village Restaurant, Mark Audette, for use on Monday, August 9, 2021, between the hours of 5:00 and 8:00 p.m. outside on the patio at 55 Main Street.
