The first amendment would add a new section 3.6 to allow access to the Forest Conservation District for uses prohibited in the district to be crossed. The second amendment would delete section 9.3B calling for the election of two alternates to the Planning Board and add a new section 10.4 that would allow the appointment of two associate members to the Planning Board who could participate as Planning Board members when elected members cannot. Public participation will be by virtual means only.
