previous VOTE - To allow the Chair of the Conservation Commission to sign on behalf of the Conservation Commissioners when meetings are held via video conference. The Commissioners recognize and accept the provisions of M.G.L. c.110G regarding electronic signatures and that its members will henceforth execute documents either with electronic signatures or with wet ink signatures and that both will carry the same legal weight and effect. Only those Commissioners present at the meeting and who vote in favor will have their names so signed. Such electronically signed documents will include a statement that :  The signatures here are made in accordance with M.G.L. c.110G and pursuant to the board’s electronic signature authorization vote recorded on October 2, 2020 in BOOK 6733, PAGE 235 at the Middle Berkshire Registry of Deeds.

SMA NOI SMA File# 140-20210622 – 663 Grange Hall Rd proposed house construction– Margaret Bacon.  original issued to M Valenti 6/26/2020.
NOI – Crane Currency Pioneer Mill – DEP File# 140-191- proposed parking and driveway improvements and related site work. 310 CMR 10.04 - Historic Mill Complex means the mill complexes in, but not limited to, Holyoke, Taunton, Fitchburg, Haverhill, Methuen, and Medford in existence prior to 1946 and situated landward of the waterside facade of a retaining wall, building, sluiceway, or other structure existing on August 7, 1996. An historic mill complex also means any historic mill included on the Massachusetts Register of Historic Places. An historic mill complex includes only the footprint of the area that is or was occupied by interrelated buildings (manufacturing buildings, housing, utilities, parking areas, and driveways) constructed before and existing after 1946, used for any type of manufacturing or mechanical processing and including associated structures to provide water for processing, to generate water power, or for water transportation.
