CONTINUED HEARINGS - MINOR ALTERATION:
14-123 Linda Middleton – Application to install painted shutters, install split rail fence and add additional landscaping plants located at 294 Orleans Road. Continued from December 17, 2014.
CONTINUED HEARINGS - MAJOR ALTERATION:
14-124 697 Main Street, LLC/c/o Rick Roy – Application to construct a partial second floor addition on the structure located at 697 Main Street. Continued from December 17, 2014.
SIGNS:
14-127 Violets/c/o Anita Harris – Application to install a new awning with lettering located at 486 Main Street.
MINOR ALTERATION:
14-128 John O’Brien/c/o William G. Litchfield, Esq. – Application for minor architectural details and as-built changes to the structure located at 393 Main Street.
