Joint meeting with Zoning Board of Appeals.
To review litigation re ZBA Decision regarding Proposed Cell Tower at Chimney Hill, Petersham.
Enter Executive Session re Roll Call Vote.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.
Meeting will adjourn immediately from Executive Session; no further business to be conducted.
