The Light Commission will be entering into Executive Session pursuant to Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A Section 21A Purpose #3 to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with union personnel.
The Light Commission believes that to conduct such sessions in Open Session would be detrimental to the Light Plant's collective bargaining position.
The Light Commission will re-convene in Open Session following Executive Session only for the purpose of adjournment.
