The Public Meeting of the Town of Essex Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall 2nd Floor Meeting Room, 30 Martin Street, Essex, MA 01929, and will commence at 7:30 p.m.

PUBLIC HEARING: 
              On the application by David Pereen for a Special Permit under M.G.L. Chapter 40: Section 15C Scenic road designations; for the property located at 12 Choate  Street, for the removal of an eighteen ft. section of stone wall to install a driveway for future construction of a new home.
