6:00 p.m.	Public Comment.

6:30 p.m.	Public hearing concerning application for transfer of an annual all alcoholic restaurant license and change of manager at the Village Restaurant, 55 Main Street to Aztec, LLC, Mark Audette, Manager.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period September 22nd through September 28th, 2018, regarding the following:  
•	Economic Development Committee Meeting Report
•	Draft Fall Town Meeting Motions
•	Draft Fall Town Meeting Guide

OTHER BUSINESS:
	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
	Vote to exempt from Section 20 of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, the contracts and amounts for the individuals listed below contained within the 09-27-2018 warrant pursuant to subsection (d) of said Section.

	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s September 24, 2018, Open Meeting.
	Vote to authorize renewal of sewer inspection camera sharing agreement with the Town of Rockport.

•	Consider approval of written request to assign lease for 29 Middle Road (Map 108, lot 28) from Robert & Aude Sisk to Doug and Maureen Woodman, Vanessa Woodman de Lazo, and Erica Woodman.
•	Sign a tight tank lease addendum for 109 Conomo Point Road, Map 108, Lots 77A, Basswood Irrevocable Trust.
•	Sign a tight thank lease addendum for 113 Conomo Point Rd.  Map 108, Lot 75, Sisk.
