Town Building Committee to Review Draft Request for Qualifications seeking an architect for the Town’s ongoing public safety building project. Selectmen to potentially approve final version for potential release on September 12, 2018.
Final consideration of whether to re-advertise the RFP seeking private property for sale to the Town for public safety building purposes. Discuss alternative approach – direct negotiation via uniqueness determination.
Brendhan Zubricki: Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period August 25th through September 7th, 2018, regarding the following:
• Initial Project Manager Work Concerning Public Safety Building Options
• Discussion of Potential Topics for Fall Town Meeting

Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s August 27, 2018, Open Meeting and Executive Session.
Consider the appointment of Charles Storey to the Town Building Committee.
Accept resignation of Michelle Dyer from Finance Committee.
Consider recommendation from Chief of Police to consistently post Apple Street with a 20 M.P.H. speed limit on a permanent basis.

• Discuss litigation strategy with respect to legal suit: Drinkwater, as Trustee of the Drinkwater Essex Realty Trust v. Town of Essex, Land Court Civil Action No. 18-MISC-000391.
