2. Discuss the Monthly Financial Ledger data
3. Discuss the Maintenance Contract
4. Discuss the Cost of the Lighting for the Union Cemetery Flag Pole.
5. Acknowledgement letter from the Town and a small plague on the flag pole for Mr. Riddle's donation
6. A surplus of flags on hand for the Union Cemetery Flag pole, due to weather damage.
7. Discuss replacement flags for our Veterans. The flags and memorial grave markers must be of better quality to withstand weather conditions. Mr. George Goodspeed, Chairman, will contact Wilfred Remillard, @ the Veterans Services in Harwich @ 508-430-7510, regarding damaged flags and military markers.
8. Discuss the Planting Regulations for both the Union, & Seaside Expansions and Columbarium grounds.
9. Discuss the Expansion lots at Union Cemetery that are "Not for Sale".
10. Clarify the burial rights of the heirs to deceased deed owners and what documentations of proof is needed for cemetery records.
11. Establish the person in charge of engraving Columbarium doors/niche
12. Establish which direction the headstones will face, in both Seaside and Union Cemetery Expansions. |
