2. Approval of Meeting Minutes
The Subcommittee will consider approval of meeting minutes for the Finance Subcommittee meeting of Wednesday, February 3, 2016.
3. Financial Statements
Administrative Recommendation: To approve financial statements for December 31, 2015. If approved, the statements will be placed on file for audit.
4. Acceptance of Donation
Administrative Recommendation: To accept the donation of a 2001 Saab from Mr. William A. Farinelli, 2 Elliot Street, Danvers to the Automotive Technology program.
5. Polaris Public Relations
Administrative Recommendation: The administration recommends payment of $1,224.50 to Polaris Public Relations for services provided to the District.
6. FY2017 School Choice
Administrative Recommendation: The administration recommends that the District not participate in School Choice for the 2016-2017 school year.
7. Application for Building Project
Administrative Recommendation: The administration recommends approval for an Application for a Building Project at the Town of Middleton Public Works. The project cost estimate is $5,000.00.
8. FY2017 Budget
The administration will present updated details of the FY2017 budget proposal for discussion.
