County and Land Bank Commission Treasurer’s Reports
Transfer Fee Revenues
Revenues for the week ending February 19, 2016: $244,400.00
Revenues for the week ending February 26, 2016:
Transfer Fee Hearings:
1. James DeCoulos (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will conduct a hearing as to the applicability of the transfer fee to two upcoming transfers.
New Business:
1. John Presbury Norton Farm (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will review notice received of an application
submitted by neighbor Stephen Hart for the installation of a garage with a shed
overhang, to be used for a home-based woodworking business.
2. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss the possibility of leasing a portion of this property for a low-impact campground.
The Land Bank will discuss a request submitted to the Oak Bluffs Planning Board by The Preserve at the Woodlands, LLC to modify its existing special permit.
3. Three Ponds Reservation (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss a special permit application pending
before the Edgartown Board of Appeals for the installation of a “104’-foot
ballast mounted concealed monopole.” The applicant is New Cingular Wireless PCS.
4. Agency Administration: Personnel and Staffing
The Land Bank Commission will discuss its January 25, 2016 vote to issue an
Invitation-for-bids for the preparation of an employment compensation analysis.
Executive Session to discuss the purchase, lease, exchange or value of real property.
