2. Review the existing draft scope of work for the consultant to incorporate key tasks into
a clarified and detailed Scope of Work for the Consultant
3. Identify process for development of the Request for Proposals needed to formally
procure consulting services.
4. Review all know qualified consultants capable of assisting the Task Force. Choose one
to send the final draft of the Scope of Work to receive an initial estimate of work.
5. Schedule future meetings.
