Transfer Fee Hearings:
1. James DeCoulos (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss its February 29, 2016 hearing on the applicability of the transfer fee to two upcoming transfers.
New Business:
1. Agency Administration: (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will review the results of staff’s most recent inspection of the various properties subject to the land bank conservation restrictions (CRs) and agricultural preservation restrictions (APRs)
2. Aquinnah Headlands Preserve (Town of Aquinnah)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss Hugh Taylor v. Martha’s Vineyard Land Bank.
3. North Neck Highlands Preserve (Town of Edgartown)
The Land Bank Commission will discuss this property’s management plan.
