In accordance with the requirements of MGL Ch. 87, Public Shade Trees, and MGL Chapter 40, Section 15C, Scenic Roads, a public hearing to consider the request by Gwyn Marden Eastern Investment Trust to remove nine (9) trees along Champlain Road to facilitate the move of a historic structure from 181 Champlain Rd to 43 Sears Road.
