Pursuant to Governor Baker’s March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, §18, this meeting will be conducted via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Specific information and the general guidelines for remote participation by members of the public and/or parties with a right and/or requirement to attend this meeting can be found on the town’s website, at www.essexma.org. For this meeting, no in-person attendance of members of the public will be permitted, however, members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via Video Call or phone to call in, for audio- only.

Public hearing on a petition filed by Tower North Development, LLC for the construction of a 150’ Free Standing Monopole Tower and fencing at 65 and 73 Eastern Avenue, Assessor’s Map 12l, lots 23 and 22. Variances from the following sections of the Town of Essex Zoning By-law have been requested: Section 6-3.4.5.c, Section 6-3.4.5.e, Section 6-3.4.5.g, and Section 6- 3.4.5.h.
OTHER BUSINESS:
• Approval of minutes from the Zoning Board of Appeals meeting of February 8, 2021.
• Consider revisions to the Zoning Board of Appeals Regulations to ensure conformance
with the Essex Zoning Bylaws, the Essex Board of Appeals staff handbook, and State
Law.
• Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chair in advance of the meeting
posting deadline.
