The Chatham Historic Business District Commission will hold a public meeting to discuss the following business on Wednesday, September 20, 2017 beginning at 4:30 PM at the Town Hall Annex, Large Meeting Room, 261 George Ryder Road, Chatham.

17-066	Janet G. Dugan CPA/c/o 935 Main Street LLC – Application to install a new ladder board on the existing ground sign located at 935 Main Street. Application continued from September 6, 2017.

ADDITION/ALTERATION:
17-067	Wayside Inn/c/o My Generation Energy – Application to install 15 black roof mounted solar panels located at 512 Main Street.

17-068	475 Main St LLC/c/o My Generation Energy – Application to install 36 black roof mounted solar panels located at 475 Main Street.

17-069	Steve Poskanzer – Application to construct a one story structure on the existing foundation and garage located at 169 Stony Hill Road.

PRE-APPLICATION CONFERENCE:
	Wayne & Phoebe Gould/c/o David Crockett – Discussion of proposed partial demolition and addition to the structure located at 1500 Main Street.

Plans, site plans, and all other documents related to these Applications are on file with the Department of Community Development, located at 261 George Ryder Road and may be viewed Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
