Joint meeting with Zoning Board of Appeals.
To review litigation re ZBA Decision regarding Proposed Cell Tower at Chimney Hill, Petersham.
Enter Executive Session re Roll Call Vote.
RE: Purpose: To discuss strategy with respect to litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the litigating position of the public body and the Chair so declares.

Next regular Selectboard meeting date: Tuesday, May 12, 2020, 6:30 PM, Town Hall man level and via teleconference and at the call of the Chair as needed.
