2. PUBLIC HEARING
6:00 PM Open Public Hearing.
RE: To review request from Matrix Design Group for installation of a single utility pole on Hardwick Road for the purpose of town broadband network connection.
Such Hearing pursuant to MGL Chapter 166, Section 22.
Proposed pole location: West side of Hardwick Road between street addresses of 96 & 134 Hardwick Road.
Project undertaken in coordination with the Petersham Broadband Municipal Light Plant Board.
Close Public Hearing.
3. Regular Meeting
6:30 PM Meeting
Meeting with Advisory Finance Committee to continue review of Fiscal Year 2021 budgets and related information re schedule, warrants, etc.
Continue review of budget and Town Meeting schedule as needed related to COVID-19 public health situation; review 1/12th Budget procedure.
4. New Business
RE; Per Town Clerk, review new date for 2020 Local Election: Monday, June 22.
RE: Continue review re updates on MA Municipal Vulnerability Program Planning Grant.
RE: Review updates on Town Hall Lift Project.
