Revenues for the week ending February 10, 2017: $133,700.00
New Business:
1. Agency Administration: Article 97
The Land Bank Commission will discuss article 97 of the commonwealth constitution, which governs the use of conservation lands.
2. Makonikey Coal Mine Preserve (Town of West Tisbury)
The Land Bank Commission will continue, from its January 23, 2017 meeting, its discussion of the possible disposition of this property.
3. Southern Woodlands Reservation (Town of Oak Bluffs)
The Oak Bluffs Town Advisory Board, at its January 31, 2017 and February 7, 2017 meetings, discussed this property’s management plan.
